So, yeah, I know this is waaaaaaay different from what I normally do, but I got into hetalia recently and I was reading through some of my friend's fanfiction, and I ran across her 9/11 fic. And I read it. And it was AMAZING. Now, I don't usually like fanfiction. And i really really really HATE sad things. But this was worth the sad. It was really good. So I knew that I had to draw fanart for it. Also, you should all go read it.

You should also read her other fics, if you like hetalia. She is very good ^_^

In any case, enjoy...even if it is sad...
and be prepared for more hetalia stuff ^_^

ASHFK!I read that fic! So sad *Hits real close to home because I lived in New Jersey at the time it happened* You've put that scene on paper so wonderfully*Tho nothing about the event was wonderful*. I really like the emotion in the drawing and how you only see the shadows of the towers.GAH! Everytime I see anything having to do 9/11 I start thinking of that day!:cries: Poor Alfred...

Oh wow, that was close! the first time I saw the towers was actually that august. I was there for a soccer tournament. But the I discovered I was scared of crowds in the middle of times square, so I spent most of the time hiding in the hotel ^__^;;; Then I was back on the west coast, which was the last to hear b/c it was really early there.
I'm glad that I managed to convey the emotion of the fic. It was written sooo well!

I read that fic, it is so sad! I was seriously just shaking while reading it. *lives in NY and was just way too close to losing someone that day* It was just such a wonderful fic, it summed up the sadness and pain that everyone felt that day. And the picture...... *speechless* D8

Oh wow, I can't even imagine how that must have felt. Yeah, the fic was really well written, and I hope I managed to convey that in the picture ^_^;;

Yeah I was close. The day after it happened I kept sneezing non-stop becasue of the dust and rubble in the air that floated from new york to jersey.
