Outer Senshi

And I finally finished the Inner Senshi! This time I use all paint tool Sai, and I enjoyed it ^_^ aside from the end when I finished it and forgot to save and closed....GRR. Had to do a few layers all over again.

I made it a lot less shiny than the old one, to try a new coloring thing.
