This comic sums up just how tired I am in a nutshell.
Before working in Japan, I'd never seen anyone over the age of 8 fall asleep in an active, bright environment, not to mention while being talked to.
This girl is a 6th grader, and a few times she's come to class so tired that she literally falls asleep while talking to me. If this isn't an example of how overworked these kids are, I don't know what is.
Anywho, it was sadly amusing. She also did the whole drag the pen across the page as she fell asleep, so her answers were a lot like "I went to Mexico and I ~~~~~~~~~"
Oh, I must add, these classes are really small, so it's not like falling asleep in a lecture room or anything. This day that she fell asleep, there were only two kids in the class ^_^;; And I must also add that she's a REALLY good student and works really hard, so she must have been really tired to pass out right in front of me ^_^;;

Wow, I admit I've have fallen asleep in some of my classes, they are lecture classes though. Poor thing, I hope she's not having trouble outside of school either thats causing her to lose sleep.
