Tales of a Gaijin Kickstarter! As of this post date, ther are only 46 hours left. IT IS NEARING ITS END! So, if you want to pledge, the next 46 hours will be your last chance!
You will be able to get book one, 100 comics, plus extras! And sweet rewards! And now some sweet stretch goals, 10 extra comics will be added as of now! And also, a new short story, full manga pages, not just 4 panel comics! Go check it out! [link]
Well, since the kickstarter has reached the goal to add 10 new comics to the book, here we go! I'm drawing them up and posting them, at regular update times, so that those involved in the kickstarter can see them (see, I'm working, I swear! ^_^ ) and those not involved can still have comics.
Comic description:
So, as many of you might have heard, sleeping on the train is super common in Japan. I myself have fallen prey to the rocking of the train and passed out a few times myself. You may have also heard that sometimes the sleeping person can pass out on the person next to them. This is also quite common. What may not have been passed on is that when falling asleep, people in Japan do this bobbing thing. They tend to fall asleep forward, so when they nod off, it can look like bobbing. Sometimes, they bump into their neighbors when bobbing.
THIS girl, though, was like, seriously RAMMING herself into her neighbors. She was bobbing back and forth with power enough to knock her neighbors around. It was really a very odd sight.
But yes. If you ride a train in Japan, be on the look out for bobbing sleepers
My best advice, if you want them to stop ( I had a guy smashing his head into my should really hard one time) is meet their bobs so they feel resistance, and they should wake up. usually shifting works too. If not, and they do fall asleep on you, don't worry, it happens to everyone at least once. ^_^
